Do you want to prepare some chicken in a different way? You could try fennel and chicken cooked in orange juice. It's going to have an unusual taste but nevertheless very good. A bit of dill will flavor it nicely.
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the chicken in oil (1min on each side)
Put the fennel and orange juice in the bowl
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 7min
Sprinkle with herbs when ready to serve
