Here is a quick recipe of chicken with cheese and carrots for the most part. The cheese will make a nice tasty sauce with excellent texture. Enjoy your dish with your friends.

Chicken with carrots and Geraldine soft cheese

 4 chicken breast in pieces
 800 g carrots in rings
 150 g soft cheese
 1 onion chopped
 1 tbsp veal stock
 100 ml water
 1 tbsp olive oil
 Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the chicken and onion in the oil

Add the veal stock, water, salt, and pepper

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking for 10 minutes

At the end of cooking, add the soft cheese and let it melt, stirring a little

If the sauce is too liquid, add 1 tsp of cornstarch diluted in a little cold water
