Chicken with carrots and a curry sauce

 600 g chicken breast fillets
 1 shallot thinly sliced
 500 g carrots in slices
 1 tsp curry
 1 tsp poultry stock
 100 ml cream 15 % mg
 100 ml water
 1 tsp cornstarch
 Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the chicken and shallot

Add the carrots, poultry stock, curry, water, salt, and pepper

Put the instant pot in pressure mode 10min

At the end of the cooking add the cream and cornstarch

Put the instant pot back in mode browning 1min until it thickens
