In that recipe, the chicken will be cooked in a sauce made of numerous ingredients. The sauce will be thick, tasty and full of different flavors. It should be delicious.

4 chicken breasts in pieces

Flour

1 tbsp oil with a little butter

2 shallots, minced

2 onions, minced

2 cloves of garlic, minced

3 tomatoes, cubed

200 ml white wine

2 doses saffron (or 2 pinches turmeric)

1 tbsp curry

100 g raisins

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Flour the chicken pieces

Fry the chicken in oil and butter

Add the shallot, onion and garlic

Add the tomatoes

Fry together 5min

Add the tomatoes

Sprinkle with white wine

Add the saffron, curry, and raisins

Salt, pepper

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 10m
