You can eat endives cooked as well as raw. In that recipe, you mix the endives with the chicken thighs. A little cream and cornstarch to thicken the sauce and you will have the perfect dish.

Chicken thighs and endives

 4 chicken thighs
 1 onion
 3 cloves of garlic
 1 tbsp veal stock diluted in 200ml of dry white wine
 4 beautiful endives
  Parsley
  Salt and pepper
 Fresh cream
 Cornstarch

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the legs 5min on each side

Add the onions

Brown 2min

Remove the thighs

Put the cut endives

Put the legs back on top

Add the wine, the bouillon, a little pepper salt, and parsley

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 12min

At the end of the cooking add the fresh cream
