Chicken gizzards in a sauce

You can also present gizzards with a nice thick sauce. In that recipe, you prepare them with mushrooms and bacon before adding some cream.

 600 g gizzards
 100 g smoked bacon
 3 cloves of crushed garlic
 Chives
 1 cup white wine
 1 tbsp flour
 150 ml veal stock
 1 bouquet garnished
 150 g button mushrooms
 100 ml fresh cream

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the gizzards in a mixture of butter and oil

Add the mushrooms and bacon

Add the garlic and chives

Sprinkle the flour

Add the white wine and veal stock

Switch to pressure cooking 40min

At the end of cooking, add the fresh cream

To serve with roasted pieces of bread
