Chicken is often used in weight watchers recipe because the meat is lean. In that recipe, you mix the chicken with tender spring peas and carrots. You add a little cream at the end to enrich it slightly.

 4 chicken cutlets of 100g each
 600 g frozen peas
 6 carrots in rings
 1 small onion, minced
 500 ml white wine
 50 ml water
 1 chicken stock cube
 2 tbsp cream with 15% MG
 Salt, parsley pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

During the preheating, brown the escalopes on all sides

Salt, pepper

Take the chicken out and replace it with the peas, carrots, onion, parsley, white wine, water, and stock cube

Salt, pepper, and mix together

Place the escalope on the peas

Pass the instant pot in quick cooking mode 12 min

At the end of cooking remove the chicken and add the cream in the bowl
