This is another light version of Asian chicken. You gather your weight watchers friends and fix that nice dish that mixes chicken with vegetables and nice spicing.

Chicken Colombo

 400 g chicken breast cut in pieces
 400 g carrots in slices
 400 g potatoes cut into 4
 1 cube chicken broth
 500 ml coconut milk
 1 tsp ginger powder
 1 tsp Colombo powder
 1 tbsp cornstarch
 2 to 3 sprays of oil
 Salt and pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Put the oil in the tank and brown the chicken, potatoes, and carrots

Stop the mode browning

Pour the chicken broth, coconut milk, ginger, Colombo powder

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 12min
