Chicken, coco and rice

 2 chicken legs
 1 minced onion
 300 g rice
 500 ml veal stock
 3 tbsp grated coconut
 200 ml coconut milk

Set the instant pot to mode browning

Fry the legs and onions 3min

Salt

Add coconut milk, grated coconut, rice, and veal stock

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 10min
