Chicken breast, potato with mustard sauce

 3 chicken breasts q 7 medium potatoes cut into 6
 7 medium potatoes cut into 6
 2 shallots, minced
 3 tbsp mustard (Savora)
 150 ml water
 1 cube of veal stock or chicken stock
 1 knob of butter

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown very lightly the shallot in the butter

Add the whole chicken breasts and brown them on both sides

Add the potatoes, water and bouillon cube

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 6min

At the end of cooking, switch the instant pot to mode browning

Add the Savora mustard

Stir to dilute the mustard Savora in the juice

Leave in mode browning for a few minutes while the sauce is bound and thickened (3, 4 minutes)
