This is a recipe with chicken, mushrooms and Porto. The mix up of the three ingredients will confer a unique taste to that holiday dish. Everybody should be contented after that delicious meal.

Chicken breast, Port and mushrooms

 4 chicken breasts in pieces
 25 g cornstarch
 1 can mushrooms
 1 onion, minced
 100 ml red port
 150 ml chicken broth
 Salt, pepper
 Fresh cream
 Butter

In a bag put the chicken and cornstarch and shake well

Put the instant pot in the browning mode

Brown the onion in a little butter

Add the chicken, Mushrooms, port, salt and pepper and broth

Switch to pressure cooking 20min

At the end of cooking, add the fresh cream

If you find the sauce too liquid, add cornstarch; mixed with cold water and put the instant pot

In mode browning, until it thickens the sauce.
