This is another version of chicken breast with a nice thick cream sauce with white wine for s special flavor. It will taste delicious and you can have rice or pasta with it. It should be a winner in your house.

Chicken breast and cream

 4 chicken breasts in cubes
 250 ml liquid cream
 60 ml white wine
 2 minced shallots
 1 tbsp poultry stock
 salt, pepper
 Oil or butter

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the chicken in fat

Add the shallots

Add the rest of the ingredients except the cream

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 5min

At the end of cooking, put the instant pot in mode browning

Add the cream and let the sauce reduce while stirring
