This is another version of a low calorie meal. Chicken in pieces will be prepared with zucchinis and tomatoes. Chicken is a lean meat and most vegetables don't have much calories in them. So you can always add up a lot of veggies with chicken.

 4 cut chicken breasts
 1 chicken bouillon cube
 200 ml water
 2 chopped tomatoes
 2 sliced zucchini
 2 minced shallots
 Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the shallot and onion without fat

Add the chicken

Fry for 3 minutes

Put the zucchinis and tomatos

Salt, pepper

Add water

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 6min
