Chicken and rutabaga

 4 chicken legs cut in half
 3 rutabagas cut into cubes
 3 carrots in slices
 200 ml coconut milk
 1 tbsp honey
 Salt, pepper
 Colombo spices for chicken
 1 shallot
 1 tbsp olive oil

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the chicken and shallot in oil

Add the coconut milk, rutabagas, carrots, and honey

Add salt, pepper, and spice

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 15min
