Cheese sauce to use in a snack

Do you have an aperitif coming up with a few friends? Among other things, you could prepare a cheese sauce to use as a dip or mix it up with other ingredients of an aperitif.

400 g of liquid cream

1 large handful of gruyere cheese

1 soft cheese kiri

2 single wrap soft cheese

Salt, pepper

Nutmeg

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Add the cream

When it boils, add the gruyere cheese, salt, and pepper

Mix with a silicone whisk to avoid damaging the bowl

Add the nutmeg

Add the soft cheese and mix until it is well melted

Do the same with the other cheese

Serve cold

Serve this sauce to accompany aperitif cakes or to garnish tacos for example
