If you like the taste of the Chablis wine, you probably want to try that recipe. Here, you cook the ham in the wine before adding a little cream to enhance the dish.

 8 slices of ham
 1 bottle of Chablis
 1 small can of tomato paste
 1 shallot
 Salt, pepper
 1 cup thick fresh cream

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Put the Chablis in the vat and wait until it has cooked down

Put the shallots cut into pieces

Add the tomato paste, salt, and pepper

Stir

Add the cup of fresh cream

Roll the slices of ham and put them in the sauce

Stop the mode browning

Leave in warm mode for a few minutes
