Carrots and cumin cold soup

 600 g carrots in slices
 1 orange juice
 1 cube of vegetable bouillon
 2 cloves of garlic minced
 Salt pepper
 Olive oil
 Cumin
 Coriander

Put the instant pot in browning mode

In the olive oil brown the garlic and carrots

Add the crumbled cube and water

Put the instant pot under pressure 7 minutes

At the end of cooking, mix the carrots with the orange juice

Add the broth according to the desired consistency

Add the salt, pepper, and cumin

Put in glasses

Keep in a cool place

Add coriander when serving
