This is a different way to present carrots but nevertheless interesting. You have heard about spaghetti carbonara? Here, you replace the spaghetti with carrots and the result will be just great

450 g carrots cut into slices

100 g bacon

250 ml liquid cream

2 egg yolks

Salt, Pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the bacon

Add the carrots

Add the cream in the tank

Season

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode for 6 min

Put the egg yolks on top
