This is another version of vegetable soup. It includes browning the ingredients before cooking them in bouillon. The result should be very tasty.
Put the instant pot in browning mode
Brown the carrots, potatoes, and leek for 10 minutes in the fat mixture
Salt, pepper
Add onions and brown 5min
Add water until vegetables are well covered
Add cube and tomato
Switch instant pot to pressure cooking mode 12min
At the end of cooking, mix everything
