Let's have a fish tart as a first course. It's easy and quick to prepare mixing tuna with eggs, cheese, and milk. Sprinkle with dill to flavor it. It will go well with a glass of wine.

 6 eggs
 200 ml milk
 1 package of surimi fish stick crumb
 1 can tuna
  Grated cheese
 Salt, pepper
 Dill

Mix all the ingredients

Put them in a mold of 18cm maximum diameter

Film the dish

Put it in the steam basket with 200ml of water in the tank

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 30min

Let it rest 30min before taking it out of the mold
