Thin slices of meat can be prepared in all types of way. In that recipe, after marinating the meat, you cook it with Asian spices and noodle. You will have a delicious dish.

 350 g beef meat in strips
 500 ml veal stock
 1 chopped onion
 150 g Chinese noodles
 100 ml water
 2 large handfuls of coarsely mixed peanuts
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp hazelnut oil
 4 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
 2 cm fresh ginger
 1 clove garlic
 1 grated carrot
 Salt, pepper

Chop garlic and ginger together

In a bowl put the meat with Teriyaki sauce, olive oil and, ginger/garlic

Let marinate 1 hour

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown in hazelnut oil, marinated meat with marinade

Let it brown 2min

Add pepper and salt

Add veal stock

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 15min

Add noodles, carrot and half of the peanuts

Add water

Mix without damaging the noodles

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 2min

At the end of cooking, add the rest of the peanuts

Serve the meat on a bed of noodles
