A special way to fix beef stew is to cook it in good beer. It will give it a special taste and the addition of some herbs will enhance the whole dish. Let’s fix it with your weight watchers friends

 600 g beef, defatted into cubes
 3 onions, minced
 750 ml brown beer
 1 slice gingerbread
 1 tbsp mustards
 7 plums
 1 tbsp butter with 40% fat
 2 bay leaves
 1 sprig thyme
 Salt and pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Put the butter in the bowl

Fry the meat

Add the onions and let them brown for a few minutes

Stop the mode browning

Cover with the beer

Add all the other ingredients Mix

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 35min
