Cooking a roast gives you plenty of possibilities. To start with, you will cook the meat more or less long depending on how you like it. Secondly, you can add different ingredients to the meat, vegetables, spices or herbs.

Beef roast with small potatoes

 1 roast beef of 650 gr
 600 g of potatoes
 1 tbsp of roast stock
 100 ml of water
 3 tbsp of margarine

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the roast on all sides in margarine

Reserve on a plate

Fry the potatoes for 15 minutes

Stop the browning mode

Add the roast and the diluted roast stock in 100 ml of water

Put in quick cooking or under pressure 3mn (for a rare roast) or 6min for a pink cooking
