This is a version of meatball with a sauce Basque. You may prepare the sauce yourself or get one already made if you are in a hurry. A few sweet peppers should give it color and texture.

500 g minced meat balls

7 potatoes cut into pieces

Frozen peppers

Frozen onions

1 jar of Basque sauce

Salt, pepper and chili pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the meat balls

Put all the ingredients in the bowl

Add 10cl of water

Put the instant pot in quick cooking mode 10min
