This is a dish that combine meatball with a sweet sauce like you often find in Asian countries. That dish will surely surprise your guest due to its particular taste and remind them of their last trip in Asia.

Beef meatball and a sweet sauce

 1 kg ground beef
 60 g breadcrumbs
 2 eggs
 1 tbsp salt
 ¼ tbsp pepper
 1 small onion finely chopped
For the sauce
 1 green pepper, minced
 3 tbsp cornstarch diluted in a little cold water
 125 ml brown sugar
 125 ml water
 ½ can of mushrooms in pieces
 ½ can of pineapple in pieces with juice
 60 ml ketchup
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 2 tbsp cider vinegar
 butter

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the meatball

Shape the meatball

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Melt a little butter

Brown the meatball

Meanwhile, in a bowl whisk together the soy sauce, pineapple juice, cider vinegar, ketchup and, cornstarch

Once the meatballs are golden, remove them and set aside

Replace with the bowl and the sauce

Add the brown sugar and water

Stir until thickened

Add the pineapple, mushrooms, pepper

Put the meatballs back

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 3min
