 150 g ground pork
 1 egg
 2 tbsp flour
 100 g pitted green olives
 60 g chorizo in slices
 140 ml water
 20 g diluted tomato concentrate
 2 tbsp olive oil
 Salt, pepper

Pour olive oil into the bowl

Mix meat and eggs

Season, form balls and flour them
