Beef and olives

This is a dish that mixes beef with some bacon and olives to give it a special taste. A thick tomato sauce
will accompany it, a dish absolutely delicious that shall please the whole family

6 pieces of beef

1 brick of tomato sauce

1 brick of white wine

1 cup pitted olives

Salt, pepper bouquet garnished

1 package of bacon

1 large onion

Water

Flour

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the onion and bacon

Put the beef pieces in the pan to brown

Add a tablespoon of flour to prevent the sauce from being too liquid

Add the olives, tomato sauce and, white wine

Add water to cover the meat

Salt, pepper and the bouquet garnished

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking
