Get a good bottle of wine to prepare that dish. You may as well drink the other half of it with your meal. The chunks of beef with carrots and mushrooms spiced well should be very good.

600 g beef chunks

½ bottle Red wine

1 beef stock cube

Salt and pepper

1 onion

600 g carrots

mushroom

100 ml water

1 tbsp oil

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown onion and beef pieces in oil for 3 minutes

Season with pepper and salt

Meanwhile prepare your carrots, mushrooms

Melt the cube in hot water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 35 minutes
