Here, the chicken will be cooked with vinegar and honey. It's an interesting combination that shall give the meat a special taste and flavor.

Balsamic chicken

 6 chicken breasts or leg of your choice
 1 tbsp chopped garlic
 5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 4 tbsp honey
 5 tbsp ketchup
 200 ml water
 Salt and pepper
 Cornstarch (optional)

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the chicken until golden

Add all the ingredients

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 6min for whites and 15min for legs

At the end of cooking, if you find the sauce too liquid, add cornstarch diluted in a little cold water and put in mode browning until the sauce thickens
