You have a really simple dish of chicken with oven potatoes. It will be a lot healthier cooking potatoes in the oven with a little oil. They will come crisp and will go very well with the creamy chicken.
Preheat oven to 240 °
Cut the potatoes fairly thin, and wipe them off
In a container with a lid put the potatoes sprinkled with oil, thyme
Put in the oven at half height 15 min
In the instant pot brown the chicken with the onions for 3 to 4 min
Add mustard, cream, salt and pepper
Switch in quick cooking 8 min
