Put the instant pot in mode browning
Brown the bacon in a bowl,
Beat the eggs
Add the cream, bacon, cheese, salt, pepper, and chives
Put the mixture in small ramekins
Place the ramekins in the steam basket with 200ml of water in the tank
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 15min
At the end of cooking, leave 30min instant pot stopped and lid slightly open
