Apricot is the perfect fruit of summer. In that recipe, you take some ripe, juicy apricot and mix them up with eggs and milt. The result will be a tasty cobbler to enjoy with your friends.

 4 diced apricots
 3 eggs
 40 g sugar
 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
 50 g flour
 200 ml milk
 ½ cap of amber rum
 1 mold of 18cm compatible instant pot

Put parchment paper in the mold

Place the apricots in the bottom of the mold

In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar

Add flour and milk

Put the mixture on the apricots

Put the mold in the steam basket

Pour 200ml of water into the bowl

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 25min

At the end of cooking, take the mold out of the steam basket, let it cool and put in the fridge

Remove the cobbler once it is cold
